Services
PRE-CONSTRUCTION DESIGN AND ESTIMATING - We review the vision for your project and develop a plan to help guide you through the process which may include: Design decisions; building materials; permitting process; wastewater and stormwater management; traffic studies, value engineering options; cost analysis; scheduling and phasing.
DESIGN/BUILD - In recent years as many clients realize the advantage of having us responsible for designing, managing and constructing the building. We meet with the owner or stakeholders, we listen to gain a full understanding of your vision and needs, and develop those ideas into designs. Once a design is finalized, we proceed with managing and building the project.
CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT - We create a Team to deliver your project on schedule and built in accordance to plans and specifications. This normally includes: project control (overseeing and coordinating all work); providing competent staffing; quality control; progress meetings with owners, consultants and sub contractors; cost accounting; cost control; construction correspondence and documentation (i.e. Change Orders, RFI’s, Submittals); manage subcontractor/vendor billings, payments and all related documentation; and coordinate inspections.
SUB-CONTRACTOR MANAGEMENT - We coordinate all aspects of the bidding process, from the development of trade interest through final negotiations and contract signing. We maintain an extensive database of subcontractors and suppliers to ensure best possible pricing coverage and we will make recommendations to the Architect or Project Owner on who to invite to bid. Bids are opened with the Owners and Architect if desired, and bid comparisons are completed with our recommendations and presented to the project team prior to the award of any contracts.
